Virtual Projects & Classes

You’ll design an online campaign, training or resource to support students living with a disability in Tanzania. You’ll also get a series of language & cultural classes, as well os live discussions on educational challenges facing youth with a disability in Tanzania

 

Project Aims & Impact

The aim of this project is to increase the number of young women and girls living with a disability who can access educational content & support. It also aims to bring greater awareness about the importance of inclusive education & increase the tools that educators have to support children living with a disability.

 

Volunteer Retreat in Tanzania

You’ll have 24/7 support in the country & be able to totally customize your experience. In addition, you’ll get an airport pickup and drop off as well as a program orientation. We will also help you sort out any visa questions or health concerns to ensure everything is taken care of. Some week excursions include Selous National Park to view elephants and other amazing wildlife or the beaches of Zanzibar, Pemba or Mafia Island.

 
 

You’ll work with children to help build their creativity

You’ll also access a volunteer retreat where there is weekly youth programming focused on developing creativity & promoting play through creating recycled toys for youth!
